2-3 teaspoons fit salt
a couple of turns of naturally ground dark pepper
4 cloves garlic minced (see note 2)
1/2 container chicken stock
3/4 container overwhelming cream
1 teaspoon Italian flavoring

1-2 mugs new spinach generally slashed
1/2 container sun-dried tomatoes generally cleaved (see note 3)

How to Make:
- In a substantial skillet, warm olive oil over medium-high warmth. Spot flour in a little bowl or plate. Gently sprinkle each side of the chicken bosoms with genuine salt and dark pepper, at that point dig each side delicately through the flour. Shake off any overabundance, at that point place chicken bosoms in the warm skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, just until seared and never again pink in the inside. Evacuate chicken to a plate and put aside.
- On the off chance that the skillet is dry, include a modest piece increasingly olive oil, trailed by the garlic. Cook for around 1 minute, just until fragrant. Include chicken juices, and rub any cooked bits from the base of the skillet.
- Include cream, Italian flavoring, and Parmesan cheddar. Cook over medium warmth for 5-7 minutes, mixing every now and again, until the sauce unmistakably thickens.
- Mix in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, and stew for 1-2 minutes, until spinach withers.
- Add chicken back to the skillet, spoon a touch of sauce over each piece, and present with pasta or different sides as wanted.
