You’ll Need:

1 half quart cherry tomatoes 

3 garlic cloves , crushed 

4-6 sprigs new thyme 

1-2 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil 

flaky ocean salt 

4-6 ounces new mozzarella (around 1 ball), at room temperature 

balsamic vinegar or coating 

How to Make:

Preheat broiler to 400 degrees F. Organize tomatoes, garlic, and thyme on a little, rimmed preparing sheet. Shower with olive oil and sprinkle softly with salt. Cook for 25-30 minutes, just until tomatoes are rankled and beginning to blast.
