You’ll Need:

1/2 container unsalted margarine, cubed 

4 cloves garlic, minced 

1 medium shallot, minced 

1/4 teaspoon pulverized red pepper drops 

1/2 pounds medium shrimp, stripped and deveined

3 tablespoons hacked crisp parsley leaves 

1 tablespoon newly crushed lemon juice 

2 teaspoons lemon get-up-and-go

How to Make:

  1. Dissolve margarine in a huge skillet over medium warmth. Include garlic, shallot and red pepper drops, and cook, blending as often as possible, until fragrant, around 2 minutes. 
  2. Include shrimp; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, mixing sometimes, until pink and cooked through, around 3-4 minutes. 
  3. Mix in parsley, lemon juice and lemon get-up-and-go. 
  4. Serve promptly.
