Creamy Chickēn & Broccoli Divan Cassērole

- 14-ounce packages of frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 cans (10.5 ounces) Cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise 0r miracle whip or Greek y0gurt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz biscuits
- 1/2 cup strong cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 * F
- Place the thawed broccoli florets in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Garnish with diced chicken or turkey.
- In a small bowl, combine chicken cream, milk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice - see notes if you add rice or curry powder.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- In the same bowl, combine the crumbs of crackers, cheese, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the mixture of crackers on the casserole.
- Cook uncovered for 35 minutes.
