You'll Need:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ¼ pounds stew meat
- 1 glass slashed onions
- ½ glass EACH: cut celery AND cut carrots (see notes)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 mugs meat stock
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon EACH: granulated sugar AND soy sauce (see notes)
- 1 teaspoon EACH: dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, AND onion powder
- 1 inlet leaf
- ½ huge cabbage, hacked into chomp measured pieces
How to Make:
- PREP: Warmth the oil in an expansive dutch broiler or stock pot over medium-high warmth. Sprinkle the hamburger with salt and pepper and darker in bunches for around 2-3 minutes for every cluster. Try not to pack the pot as the meat will steam instead of burn. Evacuate the sautéed hamburger to a plate.
- COOK: Include the onions, and scape down the dark colored bits on the base of the container with a wooden spoon, Cook the onions for 4-6 minutes or until they begin to turn translucent. Include the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
