600 g Chicken Thighs (Skinless and Boneless)
125 ml Light Soy Sauce
125 ml Mirin
4 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 Garlic Clove (Squashed/Minced)

Toasted Sesame Seeds (To Serve, Discretionary)
Cut Spring Onion (To Serve, Discretionary)

How to Make:
