You’ll Need:

3/4 teaspoon gathering nutmeg 

2 teaspoons Fit salt 

1/2 teaspoon dark pepper

How to Make:


  1. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F and oil a 9x13 skillet or 2 1/2 quart preparing dish.
