You’ll Need:

lean ground beef
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
crushed oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1/2
can of diced green chilis (small 4.5 oz can)
1/4 c
bottled taco sauce
1/4 c
sour cream
6
10-inch flour taco shells
1/2 c
butter
Colby or Colby Jack cheese

How to Make:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Brown beef and spices. Drain fat from the skillet.
3. Add green chilis, taco sauce, sour cream, and vinegar. Mix and cool.
4. Melt the butter in a pan. Dip both sides of the tortilla in butter. Drain over pan.
