CRÉAMY GARLIC CHICKÉN RECIPE










INGREDIENTS

  • 4 halves of chicken breast
  • 1/4 c. Salt tea
  • 1/4 c. Black pepper
  • 1/4 c. Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 c. Land O Lakes® butter with canola oil; Split
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup of white wine
  • 1 cup thick cream
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
  • Pinch the red pepper flakes
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Seas0n chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder all 0ver. Melt 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® butter with canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken in the hot pan for 5 minutes on each side until well cooked. Once co0ked, remove from the pan and set aside. Wipe the pan and put it back on top of the stove.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter with canola oil in the same pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour the wine; let reduce by half.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, add the cream and simmer gently, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer gently for about a minute, until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens. Add the spinach until they are faded.
  5. Put the chicken back in the pan, add a pinch of lemon juice and flakes of red pepper. Serve alone, on hot noodles or on a bed of rice if desired. Enjoy!
