MANGO SALSA:
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 habanero or fresno chili, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons EACH: lime juice AND chopped cilantro
TO SERVE:
cuban black beans + cooked rice or quinoa + lime wedges
