You’ll Need:

Strawberry Cupcakes
3/4 container strawberry puree , around 1/2 mugs entire strawberries
1 2/3 containers cake flour* , filtered
1/2 teaspoon preparing powder
1/2 teaspoon preparing soft drink
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 container unsalted spread , room temperature
3/4 container white sugar
1 extensive egg
1 extensive egg white , dispose of the yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
1/3 glass buttermilk
2-3 drops red sustenance shading , discretionary
3/4 glass slashed strawberries , around 1/2 inch pieces
Strawberry Icing
3/4 container strawberry puree , around 1/2 mugs entire strawberies
1 container unsalted spread , relaxed
3-4 mugs powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons cream , as required
2-3 drops red nourishment shading , discretionary 

How to Make:

  1. Strawberry Cupcakes 
  2. Push the strawberry puree through a metal strainer to expel the seeds (this is discretionary for the cupcake player). 
  3. Add the strawberry puree to a medium pan over medium warmth. Mix tenderly as the puree goes to a delicate bubble. Bubble for around 10-15 minutes while blending, until the puree has decreased to around 1/3 of its unique volume - 1/4 container. Cool completely.
