You’ll Need:

2 lbs | 1kg potatoes Yukon Gold or Carisma
A light shower of olive oil
3 tablespoons softened margarine
4 cloves garlic , squashed
1 tablespoon crisp slashed parsley
Fit Salt and Dark Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheddar 

How to Make:
