You’ll Need:
For the chocolate baseFor the banana filling
- 110g (1 container) oat flour – plain oats ground into a flour in the nourishment processor
- 50g (1/2 container) ground almonds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or fluid sugar of decision
- 3 tbsp coconut oil or without dairy spread, liquefied
- 235ml (1 container) Planted oat drink with banana
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Squeeze of turmeric for shading (discretionary yet prescribed)
- 1/2 tsp agar (discretionary yet prescribed)
How to Make:
- Combine the oat flour, ground almonds and cocoa in a bowl. Pour in the maple syrup and coconut oil, at that point press into 4 smaller than usual tart skillet and stop while you make the filling.
