You'll Need:
- 1 Broccoli medium-expansive head (cut into florets) or 4 glasses
- 1 medium carrot, matchstick cut. Or then again destroyed carrots will do fine and dandy (close to ½ glass, see formula notes underneath)
- 1 medium onion, hacked. In some cases I include two onions, since I cherish onions in my soup HA!
- 8 oz cheddar, destroyed (2 containers)
- 1 TBS Oil or spread
- 3 containers chicken stock
- 1 and ½ containers half and half, light cream or substantial cream (milk will do to, however may not be as smooth)
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 TBS hot sauce (discretionary)
- Thickener (discretionary – see formula notes underneath)
How to Make:
- Warmth oil or spread in the pot, include onions and saute for 5 minutes
