You’ll Need:

1 red pepper cut into 2 inch pieces 

1 yellow pepper cut into 2 inch pieces 

1 red onion cut into eighths 

2 glasses cherry tomatoes 

1/2 glass artichoke hearts 

1 lemon 

2 vast chicken bosoms, cut down the middle or 4 chicken thighs 

2 cloves garlic pounded 

1/4 glass olive oil 

1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

1/2 tsp smoked paprika 

1 tsp thyme 

1/4 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp pepper 

2 tbsp slashed crisp basil 

2/3 glass dark olives 

1/4 glass slashed feta (overlook for Paleo/Whole30)

How to Make:


  1. Preheat the broiler to 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit) 
  2. In a vast heating sheet or cooking plate, include the hacked peppers, red onion cuts, artichoke hearts, lemon wedges and tomatoes. In a bowl whisk together the garlic, olive oill, vinegar, paprika and thyme. Pour 1/3 of the sauce over the veggies, sprinkle with salt and pepper and hurl until very much covered. Spot the chicken pieces over the veggies and brush sauce. Prepare in the stove for 25 minutes. 
  3. Following 25 minutes, include the feta, slashed basil and olives. Pour the rest of the sauce over the plate and come back to the stove to prepare for another 5-10 minutes. Check the chicken to guarantee its never again pink. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
