You’ll Need:

2 tablespoons olive oil 

1 pound medium shrimp, stripped and deveined 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

2 tablespoons sesame oil 

2 huge carrots, stripped and diced (around 1-1/2 mugs diced carrots) 

2/3 container solidified peas 

2/3 container solidified corn 

1 container diced yellow onion (around 1/2 of a medium onion) 

1 tablespoon newly minced garlic 

2 huge eggs, gently beaten 

4 containers cooked virus rice 

1/4 teaspoon ginger powder 

3 tablespoons soy sauce (pretty much, to taste) 

2 green onions, daintily cut 

How to Make:


  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Warmth the olive oil in a wok or huge skillet over medium high warmth. Include the shrimp and cook until pink, blending once in a while (around 3 minutes). Spot shrimp on a plate and put aside. 
  2. Pour the sesame oil In a similar wok or skillet and warmth over medium high warmth. Include carrots, peas, corn and yellow onion. Cook for around 4 minutes, or until onions are translucent, blending as often as possible. Include garlic and cook an extra moment, mixing as often as possible. 
  3. Utilizing a spatula, move the vegetables to the other side of the dish. On the opposite side, include the eggs and rapidly blend to scramble. Blend well to consolidate once the eggs are mixed. 
  4. Include rice, ginger powder and soy sauce. Mix always until warmed through, around 2 minutes. Add shrimp and blend to consolidate. Season with extra salt and pepper (to taste) and best with green onions.
