You’ll Need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken bosoms
⅓ glass balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp virgin olive oil + 1 tablespoon
4 tsp garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon pounded red pepper
⅓ glass newly ground Parmesan
10 infant potatoes
1 parsnip, slice to 3 inches thicker size the long way
2 carrots or 8 min carrots, stripped
1 zucchini, slice to ½ longwise
For the bruschetta
2 containers cherry tomatoes, split or quatered
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons hacked new basil
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper
a couple of bunches of new basil, for sprinkling

How to Make:
For the coating/sauce:
- In a container, include balsami vinegar, olive oi, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and bean stew pieces.
